In 2024, the Board began conducting visual surveys of the condition of the private roads in our subdivision. These surveys are used to determine the roadway sections most in need of repairs. We anticipated that the surveys will be conducted annually, but due to lack of volunteers by Association Members, the surveys will be conducted every two to three years. The survey reports will be posted in reverse chronological order (newest at the top).
